The successful candidate will have experience managing and selling web based solutions. My client is a digital information provider delivering essential information and services into the legal profession. Law firms depend the latest news, insights, court information, research tools, law practice solutions and business development opportunities. They have a web based SaaS solution that combines full-featured case, calendar and docket management with the enhanced content of court calendars, court dockets, and court rules. |

Job Description | •Collaborates with GM in establishing and recommending realistic sales goals for the Sales Executives and the company. •Create and execute a sales strategy and plan to achieve sales goals. •Proactively identify industry trends and competitive activity and develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly. •Forecast annual and quarterly revenue and assess results. •Develop individual commission plans and performance appraisals that motivate Sales Executives to meet their goals. •Prepare new sales organization budget, including sales promotion and trade show expenses; control expenses and monitor budget. •Be proficient at using basic features and functions and update that knowledge with each new release; identify and promote competitive advantages. •Work with marketing personnel to develop promotional ideas and materials. •Recruit, train and retain high performing Sales Executives needed to execute sales plan. •Conduct regular feedback, support and coaching meetings with Sales Executives. •Provide supervision through field visits, observations, and measurement of results. •Cultivate effective business relationships with decision makers; assist Sales Executives in establishing personal contact and rapport with decision makers. •Assist with the development of sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations. •Oversee coordination of company resources and integration partners to ensure customer satisfaction and stable sales results. •Plan and direct ongoing education of Sales Executives by establishing quarterly programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales, presentation skills, competitive strategies and more. •Record all interactions with customers and potential customers in CRM database and make sure that sales executives do as well for account management and customer service purposes. •Submit weekly report summarizing past week’s activities and plan for next week. •Regular attendance •Other duties as assigned to meet business needs |
